• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Can I get a custom item?

  Yes, you can get a custom item if I have the beads in supply. Please contact me at [email protected] with subject line: custom accessory order.

• Can I wear this if I have sensitive skin?

  I try my best to use nickel free findings and chains. Please note that some of my findings are bought second hand from creative reuse stores and if it is not labeled as nickel free or sensitive skin friendly at the store, I will put a disclaimer in the item listing.

• How do I care for my items?

  Gently wipe the items off with a damp cloth or paper towel after wearing as needed.
